I hope you had a WONDERFUL Christmas!! I know we did!
Our day was filled with fellowship, great food, fun and a much needed nap. I didn’t take that many pictures – I’m really trying to live out this whole “BE PRESENT” thing and you can’t do that when you’re stuck behind your iPhone (you’ll see below that I’m taking actual ACTION in this regard!).
I didn’t take even one picture of food, but believe me, there was no shortage of it! There was also no shortage of meltdowns, smiles, surprises and battery operated toys. Below are a few moments that I did manage to catch – enjoy!

I still think you can be present and have photos- I guess it depends to the degree and how much it interferes. Sometimes taking photos for my blog actually turns out to be great for me, because I now have these memories to cherish and look back on. Plus they make for nice reflections at the end of the day etc.
