Alternate title: Take a photo-dump, write captions under them and be done with your post in 10 minutes flat.

Sorry guys – writing these recaps is just not my style.  I’m so much more rambly and not recapy.

I’ll leave that to Mrs. Gallegos.

We left off on Day 1 near lunchtime….Here’s lunch through dinner – Photo-Dump Style.

Ohhh my favorite topic…froyo! I blogged about my froyo topping “formula” today: If it’s a self-serve place, I add strawberries + blueberries + chopped nuts + choc chips. It’s tasty, satisfying, healthy(ish) and the no-brainer approach keeps me from dumping all 50 toppings into my cup at once!
