NO Tuesday Trainer today.
Nope. This is NOT a workout post.
But I did spend all day yesterday working out.
Water skiing (that’s me bombing).
Swimming in the cove.
Cannonballing. (and singing, “I’m On A Boat” far too many times.)
It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! (Thank you, Huscusson family!)
When we got home last night, all I wanted to do was collapse into bed (and bathe in a gallon of aloe).
I emailed all my Tuesday Trainer contributors and told them that I was lazy and decided to push TT off until next week. They’re good trainers – they agreed.
NEXT Tuesday, you’ll get a great kickboxing workout.
