Before I tell you who won the Optimum Nutrition giveaway (because, let’s face it, THAT’s the reason you came back today), I want to tell you about the guest post I did for Janetha from Meals and Moves. Head that way to read about a great way to train for your next triathlon!!
Self promo over…let’s focus the attention O.N.to you guys (get it. get it.)
Well, the results are in. You guys REALLY like O.N. protein powder!! I was BLOWN AWAY by the response to this giveaway, when really, I shouldn’t have been – it’s an amazing product!
Some interesting statistics:
Yes, I went through all the comments. It’s not like I have anything better to do with my time, right? According to your comments, you guys like a simple post-workout shake best (some with added oatmeal and peanut butter), with protein baked goods coming in a close second. Here’s the breakdown:
- Shakes – 25%
- Baked Goods (pancakes, brownies, muffins, etc) – 21%
- Oatmeal – 18%
- Smoothies – 16%
- In Cereal – 5%
- Yogurt – 5%
- In Coffee – 3%
- Raw Goods – 3%
- Pudding –2%
- In Juice – 2%
Observations: I’ve NEVER thought to put protein powder in my coffee!?! I plan to though, tomorrow morning to see how I like it! Another interesting one was using it as “milk” in your cereal. Going to try that too!
