quick, tell me what to write

Hello and Happy Thursday friends!

Before I get started with today’s topic, I wanted to give you all a big virtual hug and say, “THANK YOU” for your support on my last post.  It sounds like a lot of us are in this same boat of waiting and it’s comforting to know that I’m not alone.

Did I ever share this picture??  I can’t remember.  I love it.  I love us.

So real quick…I want to try to blog at least once a week.  It’s good for me.  I always feel better after I sit down and write a little.  The thing is, I want to write content that you guys would want to read.  What topics do you like to read about?  What things should I (over)share about??  Full day of eating?  A Day In the Life?  More workouts?  Products that I’m using and loving (btw, right now I’m saying NO to a lot of paid product reviews.  Since I’m blogging so sporadically, I don’t want this to become one big infomercial.).  Would you like more big photo dump posts??

Point blank –>  Tell me what to write!!

Comment below with topics and requests.

splendid…lindsay

  1. I would really love a post on balancing breastfeeding with nutrition and exercise. Where is the sweet spot of burning fat with weight training and maintaining a solid milk supply?

  2. So glad you are back! I have been “checking in” with your blog everyday since you took a (much deserved) hiatus. I have been so excited to read your new posts. I love to see your daily eats, and day in the life. I’m a momma of 2 little ones so it is always inspiring for me to see how you fit in so much (homeschooling, fitness, mindful mothering) in each day with a focus on the Lord.

  3. I really enjoy when you post workouts! I have seen some other bloggers do this… maybe a “screen shot” post on what’s on your camera roll?! Kinda fun…otherwise survey’s!

  4. Hey Lindsay!
I love reading your blog posts, so really any time you post I am happy! I would love to see a typical day of eats for you since you seem to really have adapted a healthy balanced way of eating.
Also, I am newly pregnant with my first child and would love some advice on keeping a healthy body image during this time when my body is changing. I have a history of eating disorders, and although that was 10 years ago, I know this time might be a struggle for me. Sorry for writing such a long comment, I probably should be emailed you!
    Thank you!

  5. I would love to see more workout posts! Especially HIIT, body weight cardio for those at home with no cardio equipment etc.

  6. I’ll take one day a week over none so that’s great! I would like to see more daily eats – I’m always curious and it seems like you ‘cook’ like I do :) Also, workouts are always a favorite to help mix things up.

  7. More workouts for sure! Maybe a topic on HIIT vs. weight lifting? What do you prefer? What would you recommend?

  8. Lindsay, I would love to see more workout posts. I have used several of the workouts you’ve posted, when working out with my girlfriends from church. I also enjoy the day in life posts as well.

  9. Being a “newbie” to your blog – absolutely love the energy and vitality you display. But I fall into the “50-ish” crowd and would like to learn about safety during intense workouts and various other alternatives for my age group. #notdeadyet

  10. I would love more workout posts…such as HIIT and full body strength training. I love doing these types of workouts, but I have no idea how to structrue one. I need some variety from my usual videos!
I also love “day in the life” posts and what you are loving. But lets face it, all of your content is awesome:-)
