As I sit down to type, it’s POURING rain outside. I love it. I don’t necessarily love rain but I crave a good rainy day every so often. Three or four rainy days in a row…no thanks. We actually need the rain – the leaves are changing a bit too early because it’s been so dry. Here’s hoping this moisture helps to prolong the leaf season (have you been to western NC during the Fall?? It’s amazing!!).
Anyway, today I have a vlog for you guys. I filmed it a few weeks ago and kinda forgot to share (whoops). I was recently asked to be part of a wellness seminar here in our hometown but couldn’t make it due to scheduling conflicts. Bummer. So instead, I filmed a vlog to share with the attendees. It didn’t take long for me to come up with the topic – I think we’re all looking for quick and easy approaches to healthy living. I’m a huge fan of making SMALL, SUSTAINABLE changes when it comes to living this healthy lifestyle.
