QUESTION:  We’re halfway through the week.  What’s the BEST (not healthiest) thing you’ve eaten so far??  <-that éclair cake I pictured!  SO easy, SO good!

  1. Oh my goll, those pictures of Henry and Clara made my day. :)

    Also, I want a running shirt. Just like that. I am staring out at the cold, gray day and wanting nothing more than to go for a run, but also not to die of cold.

    That is my favorite almond butter! [Except for TJ’s raw almond butter…and any Nutty Butter containing almonds. Obviously.]

    best eats? how about the peanut butter chocolate candies i bought for halloween! Or the new pumpkin spice and dark chocolate healthy bites, but that’s healthy so it doesn’t count.

  4. The “not so healthiest things” I’ve eaten so far this week include two fabulously delicious cupcakes, multiple cookies from the batch of molasses gems that I baked this weekend, and a caramel hot chocolate from Starbucks.
    But seeing as I’m still in ED recovery and my mind and soul NEED these foods — to overcome anxieties and to feed my soul more than my body — they were 100% completely necessary and have not been followed by a single shred of guilt. Actually, quite the contrary — I’m proud of this list and will continue to be!! :)
    Ps. Clara in the cow costume = too precious!!
