NO Tuesday Trainer today.
Nope. This is NOT a workout post.
But I did spend all day yesterday working out.
Water skiing (that’s me bombing).
Swimming in the cove.
Walking.
Cannonballing. (and singing, “I’m On A Boat” far too many times.)
It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! (Thank you, Huscusson family!)
When we got home last night, all I wanted to do was collapse into bed (and bathe in a gallon of aloe).
I emailed all my Tuesday Trainer contributors and told them that I was lazy and decided to push TT off until next week. They’re good trainers – they agreed.
NEXT Tuesday, you’ll get a great kickboxing workout.

I love boating! It’s always a blast, though I never go in the water because I have a fear of fish. I think that sounds like such a fun day with the fam! I’m glad you had an awesome time!!

I had to work all day yesterday but as soon as I was off, I came home and crashed in my pjs on the couch and watched Netflix. It was perfect. :)

I spent it cleaning, running errands and getting ready for my first day at my internship today!
Wow, looks like you had a great time! Waterskiing is so flipping difficult. It’s a crazy total body workout. Last time I waterskied I was sore for a week.

We spent every glorious moment of it with the extended fam… my brother-in-law and inlaws came over. We bbqed, played ladder ball in the backyard, watched Babycakes splash around in her fun whale kiddie pool. We had great food, great conversation, and just relaxed. It was picture perfect :) I also got in the most exercise I’ve ever done in 3 days straight – 2 long (for me) runs, 2 playground workouts with over 150 stroller lunges, 75 elevated pushups, 50 wall jumps, etc… AND hiked around a local nature preserve for 3 hours with Babycakes on my back for most of it. #40poundsofcuteness!
