Well hello there, Tuesday! So nice of you to grace us with your presence. You’re just a wee bit more tolerable than Monday.
But only slightly.
Last night’s speaking engagement went really well! At least, I think so. The ladies nodded along to everything I had to say and I got some pretty good follow-up and feedback comments afterwards. The topic was “Getting Fit in 2012”. If you’d like to hire Lindsay Wright to speak at your next baby shower or birthday party, please submit all inquiries to my manager. I’ll probably be booked though. Such is life.
[Side note – To serve my own vain purposes, I videotaped my talk. Would that be something you guys would like to see??]
ok…Tuesday Trainer.

Some WONDERFUL submissions this week! Mostly plyometric, which makes complete sense, but I was surprised by some new moves that I’d never seen before (Hots & Colds and the Grasshopper!)
I’m subbing for an Advanced Bootcamp class tonight, so I’ve already got these on my list of moves. I love the challenge of being the sub, because the class has NO IDEA what you’re going to do. You can pounce on them like a cat, claw them in the face, mark your territory…AND THEY STILL LOVE YOU and wish that you were a permanent teacher!!
I like that.

My heart is pumping for sure. But that could have something to do with the Peanut Butter Cheerios that I just devoured (SO good, you must get them!).
Do this workout, guys! Keep chugging along with your January resolutions! You don’t want to look back a month or two from now and wish you’d started something amazing!
{End motivational rant. I’m preaching to the choir.}
Thanks to all my contributors! You guys make blogging SO fun! And come back on Thursday, when I’ll announce the next theme in the “My Go-To” Series!
Happy Tuesday, indeed!
splendid…lindsay
I’m totally taking the grasshoppers and using it on a client tomorrow!! I’ve never seen those before.
F me. I forgot again!
Should I have reminded you? Don’t want to be a nag.
i know a good heartrate booster but its too dirtay for the blog.
oy. i hate myself for saying that hahahahaha
And THAT is why we’re friends! ;)
These moves look great! I can’t wait to try them out. YAAA
Ugh, of course you had to add push-ups in between each exercise. You know loathe them, right? ;-)
In all seriousness…I love this week. I am going to do this workout this weekend – can’t wait!
great moves ladies! i love finding new ways to get that HR UP. Katie, grasshopper just looks cool, well at least you make it look cool.
;)
She does look cool! As always!
these are all AWESOME moves!! wish i could’ve participated this week, but let me just guarantee you that no one would’ve wanted to see me the last couple days with how sick i was. now that i’m feeling better, i’m looking forward to bustin out this workout!
I’m so glad you’re feeling better! Nothing worse than being sick and not being able to workout!
Great post; love the videos, ladies! Great combos of moves. I think most HR boosters are more plyo-oriented anyways; that’s what gets our hearts pounding! And I love that. ;) I did notice that where it says my high knees video it’s actually Kristin’s video; she’s on their twice and only my lateral lunge hop is represented. Just wanted to let you know!
Thanks for all the work to wrangle our videos and help us represent some great moves; we’re stronger together! :D And have a BLAST tonight at bootcamp – I would LOVE to teach that (and be a part of your class!) with you. :)
oh gosh! I’ll fix it right now, Bon! Sorry – it was late!
Hey no worries at all! :D Just letting you know. :)
Yippee for these moves! I can’t wait to try them out. I’m a little tired just looking at them too. The boys and I will have to tackle them later. There are so many awesome moves I don’t have time to watch them all right now (I’ve got some screaming toddlers in their cribs). Will come back this afternoon for sure. Have fun subbing.
All such GREAT moves! That grasshoper from Katie look tough. Can’t wait to try that one.
I know! I’d never seen that one before!
I am tired just looking at those! Mountain climbers hurt so good!
This looks like fun (and hard!!) – it reminds me of the one BodyRock workout that I’ve done that just about killed me. ;)
Have fun at Advanced Bootcamp tonight!
oh i was so gonna use that move for TT. KILLER! Love our TRX!
Thanks, Heather!
These are exhausting just to look at! :)
Woo hoo!!! There are so many awesome moves on here :). Can’t wait to try it!
