I taught 2 hours of back to back Aqua Power yesterday. I’m not telling you because it’s all that impressive. I tell you because I want to educate you. I think a lot of people judge water aerobics as being “not enough of a workout”. I know I used to!
Let me tell you – my entire body is SORE today. From head to toe, I got a wonderful workout! If your gym offers Aquatics classes, TRY ONE! They’re a wonderful cross-training tool and a great way to break up a monotonous fitness schedule. Plus, they’re typically chockfull of feisty older ladies, who love to laugh.
That all has nothing to do with Tuesday Trainer.
Welcome to the 13th edition of Tuesday Trainer. The theme for this week is Trainer’s Choice – Equipment!
A great week, because everyone submitted something a little different and there was such a DYNAMIC use of equipment!! A weird week, as you’ll see down below.

SEE!! That’s A LOT of equipment…..
…That most of you don’t have. So that’s why were just doing more of a “Move Showcase” this week. Rather than me come up with something that will have you racing around your gym in search of equipment, or that features equipment that most of you don’t have AT HOME, I’m just going to give the moves more of a spotlight. So that’s why it’s a weird week.
To start us off, tiny trainer, Joaquin, is going to demonstrate a great warm-up, making his STUFT Mama proud!
And actually, Paige’s submission could be considered our workout for this week. Check out this unique training tool!

Yay awesomeness Lindsay! And I didn’t workout yesterday… rest day for me but heading to a working this morning then teaching Body Pump tonight!
Awesome moves! A burpee into a pull-up sounds killer! I did workout today…I ran 3 miles and followed it with 15 minutes of intervals on the treadmill :)

Heheheh I love Janetha’s shirt! I did a 60 min hatha flow class at my yoga studio last night that was properly ass-kicking. Today I might Bodyrock it or come up with something at home… maybe some of these fabulous moves!
