This looks amazing! I was obsessed with this bruschetta chicken dish at a favorite restaurant of mine but I’ve never tried to make it on my own! This is definitely going on my list for this week! Thanks for sharing the bruschetta chicken love!

You are too funny!! I totally do my best thinking in the shower (or when I’m peeing….seriously! It’s like the only time I have to just think). Anyhoo…totally agree on the broccoli smelling like a fart…I definitely laughed out loud because in college my roommate and I had what we called the ‘broccoli incident’ where I warmed up leftover broccoli in our room. Not only did it make the room smell, but it made me smell- if ya know what I mean?!

I had one of my Quebec varieties of tomatoes for breakfast this morning on toast! I didn’t know either, but I’m happy I can pretend to be a tomato snob now. I don’t like wine, so I need something to feel uppity about I ate some of my leftover bruschetta on cold chicken too!
